Backed by a legacy of several generations of potato farmers in Northern Maine, in 2010 Hollis and his son, Seth, bought "the old Tibbetts" place in Central Maine: 185 acres of forest, field and meadow. While they specialize in maple syrup and honey, I was thrilled to learn that they recently began making peanut butter. Not smooth and not chunky, this peanut butter is somewhere in between with plenty of tiny bits of peanuts and a touch of local honey. Approx 12 oz.
Ingredients: peanuts, sugar, honey, peanut oil, potato starch, maltodextrin, salt and xanthan gum.
