Made on the coast of Maine in Rockland, Bixby & Co. Sea-Salted Caramels are little chunks of premium caramel dipped in deluxe milk or dark chocolate sprinkled with crystal of sea salt from the cold Maine ocean. Sure, technically they are candy, but with a conscience, thanks to owner, Kate--all made in an historic (former) ice plant on the waterfront in Rockland, Maine.
