Our goal is for no package to be late for Christmas (or whatever occasion). But a ridiculous number of packages are moving through a understaffed, storm-ridden, stressed delivery system. Some packages will be late - plan on it.
Please be sure addresses are complete, with apt numbers, complete names, etc. That substitute postman does not know who "Grandpa" is when he can't find the right house. Packages will come either USPS or UPS.
Your first decision: do you want a gift box ($6 extra) or no-frills, with no extra cost?
- We have 4 sizes of gift boxes and can fit many, but not all of our products in them. Check gifts for some assortments ready-to-go from $25.90 to $110.
- If you want to make a custom gift box, choose "custom gift box" for $6 and then all of the items you want in the box. We'll figure out how to package it. Or email (our favorite!) or 800-777-6845.
- Every gift box is carefully packaged in fresh poplar shavings we source from a little family biz in VT, a gingham ribbon is tied on, and a handwritten card tucked under the ribbon. It takes time, and care.
One more thing... if you are ordering more than $220 to one address, then you must call us. Could be three cases in a whopping heavy box or 2 tide clocks in a little, light one. We will calculate the shipping on a case-by-case basis. You also need to call if shipping to HI or AK, as we need to calculate shipping on those, too. We do not ship to Canada or overseas.
